🏫 General Admission Guidelines

• Timing: Students are ordinarily admitted only at the beginning of the school year.

• Introduction: New pupils must be personally introduced by their parents or guardians.

• Seat Availability: Admission to classes other than Nursery/K.G. depends on the number of seats available.

• Principal’s Right: The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue the studies of any pupil whose conduct, attendance, or progress is unsatisfactory. The decision of the Principal is final.

📝 Required Documents and Application Procedure

The admission form must be accompanied by the following:

1. Date of Birth Proof: Original and Xerox copy of an authentic document containing the child's name and date of birth.

   • Note: The name and date of birth once entered in the admission register cannot be altered.

2. Photograph: A normal passport size photo of the student must be affixed on the application form.

3. Parent/Guardian Signature: The admission form must be signed by the parents/guardians.

🔄 Requirements for Students Transferring from Other Schools

• Transfer Certificate (T.C.): A pupil coming from another school is required to produce a Transfer Certificate.

• Progress Report: The Progress Report of the whole year and the Annual examination marks must be submitted.

• Mid-Session Admission: In case of admission during the mid-session, an attendance certificate from the previous school is a must, along with the T.C.
